Easy conversion tables

All my recipes are in grams and millilitres and oven temperature in degrees Celsius, if you’re not sure how to convert these numbers, here’s an easy table to follow

1 cup …………240ml……………….8 fluid oz
1 teaspoon…….. 5ml …………….0.2 fluid oz
1 tablespoon…..15ml……..……..0.5 fluid oz
1 pint………….470ml…………….20 fluid oz

Weight:

 1oz …………………..28g
1kg …………………….2.2lbs

Temperature:
150C ………….275F………….. gas mark 1

(remember fan assisted ovens will cook quicker – if in doubt, consult the manufacturers handbook)
